This is the first time Definition has been recognised among agency networks, and the accolade follows an exceptional year for the group in which we worked hard to integrate Words and Pictures and Redhouse (both of which joined the group in late 2020) and acquired TopLine Comms and TopLine Film in May 2021.
Other achievements over the past year include promotions for nine members of our team thanks to our Defining Futures Academy, and the appointments of a dedicated Group Marketing Director and a Head of People and Culture to drive our people strategy forward. We are also celebrating that we have welcomed back three returners – former employees who have re-joined the company.
